Harper Music Scholarships
This fund was established in honor of former Emanuel Lutheran Minister of Music David Harper to provide scholarships for elementary, middle and high school students from Emanuel who are pursuing private studies in the musical arts.
The Worship Committee of Emanuel Lutheran Church is responsible for overseeing the awarding of the scholarships.
Scholarship recipients are asked to share their musical talents with the congregation at various times during the year.
Harper Music Scholarship Fund applications are available each May and June for the academic year following.
